Amy Trakos wrote a play which was read at the Soho Theatre as part of the Young Writers scheme. Since then, she has been in the Royal Navy, a Personal Trainer and worked in the Civil Service and now writes full time. Alongside her current project, an historical fiction novel, she regularly writes short stories, some of which have been longlisted in international competitions.
