Elizabeth Boquet feels lucky to live in Lausanne, Switzerland, where she gets to live in French and  thrive on English by teaching, doing French to English translations, and chairing the Pernessy Poets. Her first poetry collection, GALOSHES, was published in 2020. A variety of her writing has appeared in Crab Orchard Review, Eclectica Magazine, Stoneboat Literary Journal, Necessary Fiction,and in various other literary journals. Naomi Shihab Nye awarded her a Geneva Writers’ Group Literary Prize (2nd place) in 2017.
